The boxes are cardboard, for takeaway and home delivery, and are ordered in lots of 100. They are assembled before service, so the pizza goes in as soon as it comes out of the oven and the box can be closed.

To cover, wrap and bake

The foil roll stands up to the oven and covers a tray as readily as it wraps takeaway orders. The cling film roll seals tubs and bowls that have no lid. And baking paper, in 500 sheets, lines the tray with no need to grease it.

In the same van as the flour

Order the boxes with the pizza flour, the tomatoes and the fior di latte in a single order, and they arrive with your regular driver. If you order before 6:00, your order goes out on the first route of the day.
