What's the latest I can order?
Until 6:00 in the morning. Anything that comes in before then goes out on the first route to your area.
On WhatsApp or by email, at night too, when you close your kitchen.

Does it arrive chilled?
Yes. It travels in one of our 4 refrigerated vans, from the warehouse to your cold room, without going through a courier.
Fresh products from Italy arrive at the warehouse every Tuesday, and go out from there with the rest of your order.

What if I run short at the last minute?
Call or message us, outside opening hours too. You'll speak to someone who already knows your order, and we'll sort it out with you.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
Yes, with your order placed beforehand. It's the blue door of warehouse 3.
