Cookie policy
The Spanish version shall prevail.
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember something, such as what you chose in the cookie notice or that you have already visited it. This website uses very few, and those that are not essential are only set if you accept them.
The cookies on this website
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
cc_cookie | nespititalia.com, first-party | To remember what you choose in the cookie notice | 182 days |
_ga | Google Analytics, by Google | To distinguish visits so they can be counted in aggregate form. Only if you accept analytics | 2 years, or the maximum your browser will keep it: Chrome limits it to 400 days |
_ga_HT0XJKVNC6 | Google Analytics, by Google | To maintain the state of the visit for the statistics. Only if you accept analytics | 2 years, or the maximum your browser will keep it: Chrome limits it to 400 days |
Measured on 1 and 19 October 2026: before you choose in the notice, the website sets no cookies, and when you accept them it sets these.
What each type is for
- Necessary: the one that remembers your choice in the notice. It is always set, because without it your choice could not be saved.
- Analytics: those of Google Analytics, which count visits in aggregate form. Only if you accept them.
How to accept them, reject them or change your mind
The first time you visit, a notice appears with Accept, Reject and Choose. Accepting and rejecting carry the same weight, and continuing to browse is not accepting.
You can change your mind whenever you like with the Manage cookies button in the footer of any page. If you withdraw permission for analytics, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings, in the privacy section. If you block the one that remembers your choice, the notice will appear again on every visit.
If data leaves the European Union
Google may process the data from its cookies in the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which it is certified. What Google does with it is set out in its privacy policy.
