In balls, the Agerola fior di latte, the Premium and the Cuore Pizza; already cut, the fior di latte and the Fior di Pizza; and grated, Vito's mozzarella.

Buffalo mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella

The buffalo burrata and the burratina, the bocconcini, the treccia, the zizza and the figliata di bufala, and the stracciatella. They are served uncooked, including on a pizza fresh out of the oven. And made with cow's milk, the bocconcini and the ciliegina di vaccino.

Fior di latte or buffalo mozzarella?

Fior di latte is cow's milk mozzarella. It is firmer and releases less liquid, which is why it goes in the oven, cut into strips over the tomato: it is the one for a margherita. Buffalo mozzarella releases more liquid: it goes on the pizza when it comes out of the oven, or drained before baking. If you can't decide between the two, we'll advise you.

Cheese in blocks, sliced or grated

Edam, emmental and cheddar, in blocks, sliced or grated; gouda and havarti, in blocks; brie, camembert, Greek feta, goat's cheese log and semi-cured cheeses. They go in the same van as the mozzarella.

Does my mozzarella arrive chilled?

Yes. Fresh products from Italy reach the warehouse every Tuesday, and the mozzarella and the buffalo mozzarella leave from there in one of our 4 refrigerated vans, with your regular driver. What you order before 6:00 goes out on the first route to your area.
