What is it and what is it for?

Fiol sobrasada is a raw, cured pork sausage with paprika, so soft that it spreads. It comes in a 500 g piece, and with heat it melts and turns whatever it touches red.

In the kitchen

Spread on bread with honey, on pizza or coca, and melted into sauces for meat, rice and pasta.

How to store it
