What is it and what is it for?
Knorr chicken stock powder has a mild flavour that works as a base without covering the rest of the recipe. That is why it goes into almost everything that uses stock.
In the kitchen
In noodle soups, in rice dishes, in white sauces and in the filling for croquettes and cannelloni.
