What is it and what is it for?
Biffi fresh pesto is the basil, cheese and oil sauce that is kept in the cold room, not the store cupboard. It is used without heating, so that the basil does not darken.
In the kitchen
With trofie, spaghetti or gnocchi, over pizza as it comes out of the oven and in a panino with mozzarella and tomato.

How to store it
Fresh: into the cold room as soon as it arrives. It travels chilled from the warehouse and should be used before the date on the pack.
