What is it and what is it for?
Rummo bucatini no. 6 look like thick spaghetti, but they are hollow: a thin hole runs from end to end. Thanks to the hole they cook inside and out, and they stand up to sauces with body.
In the kitchen
In amatriciana, with guanciale, tomato and pecorino, and in gricia, which is the same without tomato.
