What is it and what is it for?

Caperberries are what the caper bush produces after flowering: a fruit larger than the caper, with seeds inside. They are eaten as a tapa or in salad, and come in a 1.2 kg pack.

Halved in pulse or pasta salads, next to vitello tonnato and with smoked salmon.
