What is it and what is it for?

Grated edam is cow's milk edam, already grated and in a 1 kg pack. Its mild flavour does not mask the rest of the dish, and it melts quickly in the oven.

How to store it

Fresh: into the cold room as soon as it arrives. It travels chilled from the warehouse and should be used before the date on the pack.
