What is it and what is it for?
Grana Padano is a hard cow's milk cheese with a grainy texture. The 4.5 kg wedge, one eighth of a wheel, gives you enough to grate to order, shave or serve in chunks.
In the kitchen
Grated over pasta and risotto, and in chunks for aperitivo, with a few drops of balsamic.
