What is it and what is it for?

Ambrosi grana shavings are grana cheese cut into thin sheets, in a 2 kg pack. They go on at the end, uncooked, so they stay whole and visible on the plate.

In the kitchen

Over a carpaccio with rocket, in a Caesar salad and on top of a pizza as it comes out of the oven.
