What is it and what is it for?

Danish blue is a cow's milk blue cheese, creamy and salty, with veins running all through the cheese. It is crumbled cold, and with a little cream it becomes a sauce.

In a blue cheese sauce for an entrecôte, crumbled in a salad with walnuts or melted inside a burger.

How to store it
