What is it and what is it for?

Sa Canova's Mahón block is a matured cheese with a firm texture and a pronounced flavour, in a 2 kg piece. The block goes through the slicer whole, without the waste of a round piece.

How to store it

Fresh: into the cold room as soon as it arrives. It travels chilled from the warehouse and should be used before the date on the pack.
