What is it and what is it for?

With more flavour than the mixed milk one, this semi-cured cheese is made from sheep's milk, in a 2 kg round piece. It is cut into thin wedges and needs nothing more than bread.

In the kitchen

On the cheese board with grapes or with walnuts, and in cubes with oil and rosemary for aperitivo.

How to store it

Fresh: into the cold room as soon as it arrives. It travels chilled from the warehouse and should be used before the date on the pack.
