What is it and what is it for?
La Fallera rice is round, short-grain, and comes in a 1 kg pack. The grain absorbs the stock and takes on its flavour, which is what a paella or a brothy rice dish asks for.
In the kitchen
In oven-baked rice, in meat or vegetable paella and in rice pudding for dessert.
