What is it and what is it for?

Soft and spicy, Calabrian nduja is a pork sausage you can spread. This one comes in its casing, in a 0.5 kg piece, and very little is enough to give a whole dish colour and heat.

In the kitchen

In small pinches on pizza before baking, melted into the tomato of a pasta sauce, or spread on toasted bread with burrata.
